SHIPPING

How fast will I get my order?
We work quickly—most orders ship within 12–24 hours from our studio in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Shipping details:
✅ Wall Holes & Fairy Doors

  • Orders of 5+ items are upgraded to FREE USPS First Class Mail with tracking.
  • FREE SHIPPING of 1–4 items are sent with a postal stamp (no tracking)
  • Want tracking for 1-4 items? Choose USPS First Class Mail for $3.50.
  • International: $2 (global stamp, no tracking).

    FREE to lower 48 states & Puerto Rico for orders over $23 (2–5 biz days)
    $3.79 for orders under $23 (2–5 biz days)

TRACKING

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking code. Don’t see it? Check your junk folder. If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in anytime to track your order.

Can I expedite my order?
Yes! Call us at 423-815-1703 or email info@mywonderfulwalls.com for expedited shipping options.

ORDERING

Can I change or cancel my order?
Call us at 423-815-1703 or email info@mywonderfulwalls.com with your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel or update it and issue a refund. If it has shipped, you’ll need to return it for a refund or exchange.

Do you have a retail store?
No—we sell exclusively online.

RETURNS

What’s your return policy?

  • Returns accepted within 60 days for non-personalized items in original condition.
  • Stickers must still be on the backing paper.
  • Personalized items are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving your return.

STICKERS

What are they made of?
Removable, repositionable, mess-free vinyl. Printed with Green-Guard certified, lead-free, water-based inks.

Will they work on textured walls?
Yes, on lightly textured walls. Email us for a free sample to test.

Will they damage my walls?
No—our vinyl is designed to stick well, remove cleanly, and leave no residue.

Can I reuse them?
Yes! Just note that repeated moves can reduce tackiness. To store, place stickers on their original backing paper and in the mailing tube. Don’t have the original paper? You can purchase some smaller sheets of backing paper from us (send us an email). Alternatively, you can use parchment paper to transfer them.  

STENCILS

Where are your stencils? I cannot find them. 
As of August 2025, we discontinued our stencil product line. 

FEEDBACK & PHOTOS

Can I share photos of my mural?
Yes! Email them to info@mywonderfulwalls.com. Let us know if you prefer they not be posted on our site or social media.

How do I leave a review?
On any product page, scroll down to “Write a review”. Upload a photo with your review and receive a 15% off coupon.
