Splendid Garden Girls Room

There is nothing like the anticipation of that first born baby girl (or boy!). All the planning, shopping and then there is the nursery…the decorating of which many parents might put off until the last minute. Not Miguel and Irene in Whittier, CA who are anxiously awaiting the birth of their daughter Michelle in September. The parents to be came to My Wonderful Walls to help them create a special nursery mural. Miguel says he found our store online and was immediately drawn to the flowers and many colors in the Splendid Garden Wall Sticker Kit. Miguel had never tried wall stickers before but he chose stickers over stencils as he and Irene thought they would be easier to install.  We happen to agree that our stickers are pretty easy to put up and move around or reuse! The flowers and butterflies were also a great compliment to the bedding already picked out.

Overall the pair describes themselves as not artistic at all. But the good news is that Miguel also said the room only took about 2 hours to complete.  He used the video tutorials and customer photos to help him find inspiration and though Michelle can’t see the room just yet, he knows she will love it when she is old enough to appreciate the pink flowers and grand tree.  Miguel said those were his favorite stickers. And Michelle will definitely appreciate the personalized banner proclaiming this “Princess Michelle’s” space. (The personalized princess banner and other banners can be purchased separately from My Wonderful Walls.)

If you are expecting a little princess of your own, check out the Splendid Garden Wall Sticker Kit or our Perfectly Princess Wall Sticker Kit. With our easy to stick and easy to re-position fabric wall stickers, you can create a new look in no time.  We have themes for baby boys and older kids too! If you have left lots of time for painting in the nursery, consider our wall mural stencil kits for a unique look.
